Live Video Support

We now offer free SKYPE web cam support. Any questions about machines, solution, folding tents, and/or general sunless support can now be answered LIVE with one of our certified spray tanning technicians.

How-to Skype with Sjolie Tanning:

1.) Before scheduling your skype session, please download and install “SKYPE” software onto your computer. You can download skype by visiting http://www.skype.com and click on the menu button “GET SKYPE”. Follow the download and installing instructions provided by skype along with setting up a FREE skype account. You are entitled to a free SKYPE account by skype.com that will sufficient in broadcasting our meeting. We do not endorse or require you to use a paid version of skype.

2. Schedule your session! Call us at 1-888-495-6064 and setup a time/date to have up to 30 minutes free training and questions. Our schedule will dictate how soon we can have training via Skype, however most appointments are within 1 to 3 days from the time you schedule. Please familiarize yourself with the skype program prior, as it will help maximize our free training time with you.

Requirements:

1.) We require you to be a Sjolie Rewards Member to take advantage of our Skype service. Our membership is 100% free and provides you with many other benefits as well. To apply, visit our membership page here.

2.) Skype service works best if you are on a computer that uses HIGH SPEED internet via DSL, Cable, Wifi, Fiberoptics or better. This is a requirement do to the fact that we will be transmitting VIDEO directly to your PC. This takes high bandwidth capabilities to work smoothly.
