Directions:
Clean and prep body prior to spraying. It is recommended that you use our PH Balancing prep spray prior to applying any of our deep dark solutions. Sjolie Tanning sprays have been developed specifically for each person's skin type whether you have a light or dark complexion; we have the right solution for you. Add one of our Anti-aging drops or our Slimming drops to the DHA spray for a spa like treatment and maximize the experience.

The fading has been very good as well no lizard skin with sjolie. I am very DHA resistant especially on my face. I used 12% on my face and the color was perfect.

The color and odor is great and is not sticky afterwards. I have also used the anti-aging, slimming and pearl drops and love them. My clients have said that this is the best solution I sprayed them with.
07/12/2012 Melissa Galbraith. I have tried just about every airbrush solution on the market. I used to do the Mystic Tan on a regular basis but it became pricey. So I started to try to find a way to do it myself. Through years of research I have discovered I need something with a good color guide, low/no odor and great fading. I found all of that in Sjolie! Their customer service goes above and beyond!! And you can't beat the price! Basically, you can try everything else but you'll find what you need if you try Sjolie!
07/12/2012 Leslie. Tried them all I have tried MANY different solutions and was about to give up when I discovered Sjolie! In my opinion, Sjolie has the best final color and the best fading. The color is very natural looking and fading is gradual with no blotchy, patchy areas. Application with my maxi mist uses about 2 oz. for one coat. This solution is a bit stickier than others I've tried, however the final color is worth a bit of stickiness! The color guide/bronzer is an ashy brown, slightly olive; I prefer a reddish brown, but again, end results are more important. Thank you Sjolie, I love your solution!!!

07/12/2012 Jessica. I like this solution for myself and the majority of my clients. I use 6% + booster drops for my very fair clients or for those that have not spray tanned before. The instant color and the developed color are both great, but I wish the solutions had a little less bronzer. When people get a little sweaty, the bronzer tends to collect in their creases and look dirty. Other than that, great product!
07/12/2012 Shawn. Barefoot Tans When I started my mobile tanning business I ordered many samples including sjolie. I tried them out on friends and family and also put them on notecards to compare color. When I compare the colors, they all look the same (a peachy color) except sjolie. It has an olive color to it. It was also the only one without a bad odor and I was so satisfied with the even fade on it. My clients always return because they cant believe how brown they really are. If you are trying to keep away from an orange tinted solution then you should sample sjolie! I will never buy another sample. I can't wait to try their scents too! I was a little hesitant because I was specifically trained and certified by a specific company and I love them. However, they were a little pricey. I was skeptical because this one is so much less expensive, but I was thrilled with the results. I just got back from a trip to Vegas and I had tons of compliments on my tan. My best friend is still choosing the tanning bed and she too was amazed by my color and the fact that I was as dark as her. 07/12/2012 Shawna. Fabulous color! Sjolie solution 9 is what I use the most of with my clients. Fair skinned clients get 6% and 9% mixed, medium clients (most) get 9% and my darker clients go with 12%. The color is fabulous! More of an olive color which never turns a peachy color (i hate the word orange!) I wish this had been the first sample I tried so I didnt have to spend to much on bottles that now collect dust. I have no interest in even trying another company. My clients have been to other salons and can not believe the difference in color! That makes me happy and my pocket book happy! Plus with sjolie you can't beat the price! My next order will include the new scent drops. I can't wait! search Barefoot Tans on facebook to see pictures!
07/12/2012 Brandon. Nice! When applying Sjolie we find that two light coats work great on most our clients. The tan fades evenly, never leaves an odor after the first shower, and can last for up to seven days on the body. If we had to make Sjolie an even better product then we would make the tan more of a brown color because sometimes it seems to be more of a light or faded brown. We think the 12% could be darker and the overly shinny appearance after being sprayed could be better. We think it's a great idea to get feedback from us and use it to make an even better product!

I have had tons of questions answered weather its been by phone or late at night online:-) My search for the perfect solution ended when I tried the Sjolie line of products!!!!! I always get the results I want with Sjolie. It's such a universal color and I can easily tweak it with the dha booster drops. I am committed to Sjolie as my business expands. 07/12/2012 James. Amazing. I have tried all of the big brand tanning solutions. I have even tried the ones that claim to have sprayed the stars. Some of these products look good the first and second day. After that, you know that you have been sprayed with a DHA solution rather than a real sun tan. With Sjolie, it is as though you were tanned with the real thing. The color guide in this solution is scientifically thought out to actually accommodate the developing color to avoid an overdone look 8 hours later. You can actually spray your face heavily and still look “normal” before you shower it off. Not many solutions let you do that. There is very little smell, or feel to the solution when it is applied. When you shower it off, the end result color matches the tone of the color guide. The end color is brown. Yes, there is actually brown in the final color. What is really interesting is that the brownish look actually lasted for 5 days or so. The actual tan lasted for 7-10 days. I also will say that moisturizing everyday was not necessary, however, you should moisturize each and ever day. Considering that this solution has the right balance of moisturizing ingredients, the tan will fade softly, and I do mean softly. What I like best is that the final color looked good in any lighting, and on cloudy days. The tan even looked good when the skin was wet. All of the sunless tanners that I have tried look very strange when wet. But not this one! You would think that this solution would cost $130-$200. But is does not! It costs $90 a gallon including shipping. You would have to be “crazy” not to buy this stuff. What I think works best is using the 9% and the 12%. The 9% looks perfect on the light skin people. Normal skin tones look best with ¾ 9% ¼ 12% . For medium to dark, I would use ½ 9% ½ 12%. This is all very simple. You can buy all those other solutions which claim to spray the stars and look yellow/ orange in 3 days, or you can buy this guys stuff dirt cheap and look brown. Believe me, it is the best, period.

The Sjolie 9 is by far the best I have used. DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT, DO IT! You will not regret and your clients will be thanking you.
