Any products that still have a seal under the lid (not opened) have a 30 day, no questions asked, return policy. If you wish to return a unopened item, please call 1-888-495-6064 to arrange a refund/return information. All bottles/products sent back to Sjolie Tanning Products will be inspected to insure the seal was not broken or tampered with in anyway. All Machinery and Products are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless if opened or not.

Your 30 day refund period starts from the day you PURCHASE your equipment or solution with our company, NOT the day your company begins to the use our products or machine. Starting day can be found by the invoice date with your account online with Sjolie Tanning. We will not make any exceptions if you decide to use or try our products months after purchase, as DHA solution and other sunless products have a timeline of use from the day we ship our products.  Our return policy is based off the fact of "resellable" timelines with our products or equipment.

Machine Returns: Any machine return is subject is 25% restocking fee regardless if used or not. Once you schedule a return with our company(call us), you must package the machine and any accessory/parts that came with the original package. Each piece that is not returned with the original machine order will be deducted on top of the machine restocking fee. We require the machine to be completely cleaned, free from any oils, dirt’s, or residues that might have been made during testing the machine or transport. If the machine requires additional cleaning once it arrives to our warehouse before reselling, we will charge you an additional $40.00 cleaning fee on top of any other fees (restocking fee, missing parts fee, etc.). If you have any questions regarding our return policy prior to purchase, please call us direct or email for more information.

Tent Returns: If your Sjolie Tanning tent has structural malfunctions, we require photos prior to submitting for refund/return.  We will not return/refund/replace any tent that has damage from normal wear/tear by the client. We do look into any complications with tents that might be caused by the building process of the tent.  Please call for more information regarding this. We handle tent replacement decisions on a per case request. If you are unsure of the structure, please open your tent the day you receive to make sure it pops up correctly and CLOSES correctly.  We cannot replace any tent if it goes past the 30 day return policy regardless if used before then.

Any products that have been opened are not eligible for refund as the product is now exposed to air, thus damaging the potency/quality of the product. If you are unsure of using the product, please consider ordering a SAMPLE 8oz bottle first, as you will be able to try the product without risk of wasting excess money on a quart/gallon priced product.

All Item returns that are eligible for refund will be completed within 5-7 business days once items are received.  Sjolie Tanning Products will not refund Shipping Fees associated with sending the product to your location or the costs involved with returning the product back to our locations. If you elected for FREE shipping when we originally sent your products, we will deduct the shipping fees if products are returned from the refund amount. Only the product cost itself will be refunded for eligible products only, shipping costs are excluded. 

All machinery (tanning spray equipment) comes with a 1 year warranty on parts/service by the manufacturer (Apollo spray systems). If your machine breaks within warranty, please send the machine to APOLLO Directly,  the cost of the shipment will be the responsibility of the customer (not sjolie tanning).  If you have a repair, use the following information to ship your machine back (all original parts must be included) to:

Notice: Most salons require a certain noise-level for their intended workspace. Please take in account our tanning machines (t100, t700, TC3) have different levels of noise for each one. We will not honor any returns due to higher-than-expected noise levels from the equipment. If your salon requires a very quiet HVLP unit, you should ONLY consider using the TC3 Whisper Mist for the location you are working at.
