Sjolie Tanning Products Lifetime Service Warranty:

All machines purchased through Sjolie Tanning Products will include FREE lifetime service. There will be NO labor charges for any maintenance or service issues. The customer will be responsible for the shipping of their equipment, to and from Sjolie, as well as any parts that are required for the repair. Upon receipt the machine will be inspected by a technician and a detailed description will be written, including any and all equipment issues. 

Sjolie Tanning Products is not responsible for lost, damage or stolen items during transit to or from our facility. All packages are inspected before leaving our facility to insure that they have been properly packed and secured.

This WARRANTY does NOT include: miss-use, damage, neglect, alterations, disassembled equipment or modifications, lack of maintenance, cleaning, water damage to electrical parts and INCORRECT VOLTAGE CONNECTION.

All repairs will be given an RMA number. Please call 888.495.6064 to speak with a representative prior to sending in the equipment. 

Sjolie Money Back Guarantee

Money back guarantee does NOT include the original shipping for the product or the 25% restocking fee.  All solution that is sent back to Sjolie Tanning Products must be disposed of immediately.  Therefore, the restocking fee and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
