Welcome to Sjolie Tanning's Solution and Product Guide!

We've realized that it can be confusing at times when looking through an entire product line all at one time. We decided to put together a helpful guide on what each product is used for, how necessary it is to have each product on hand, and what results should be expected.

We feel that is very important to know that our ENTIRE product line is 100% Vegan, made from only NATURALLY derived ingredients. There is no other product line available on the market that puts safety and quality as the most important factor when being made. We want to make sure you are using a product that will provide the BEST results, but also shown to be as harmless as possible to you and your client base. 

Pre- Spray Tanning Products:

Barrier Cream: Helpful for all spray tanning applications as it will block DHA from penetrating the areas where you apply. This typically should be applied on the palms of your hands, bottom of your feet, knees and elbows. You may use the barrier cream in other areas as well, where you wish not to have tanning occur. Make sure to wipe your barrier cream on the areas, leaving a thin “white” layer. Do not rub the barrier cream completely into skin as it will not be as effective.

PH Balancer: This product is mainly used for your walk in clients or people who do not prepare for a quality spray tan or airbrush tan. If you find that your clients in the past end up with uneven tans or areas that do not accept DHA very well, it most likely is caused from oils, makeup, dirt, or lotion build up on the skin. This will essentially block the DHA from penetrating. PH Balancer will bring the body's PH Levels to an even number that will allow you to provide a great, even spray tan every time!

Exfoliating Body Wash: A great retail product that you can sell to your clients with ease. This is used during the days leading up for the spray tan or airbrush tan. It will remove the dead layers of skin, leaving a healthy layer of skin that will accept the DHA from the spray tan or airbrush tan. If your clients Exfoliate and follow the pre-tan suggestions, they will be able to expect a longer lasting spray tan.

Additives for Spray Tanning:

DHA Booster Drops: You will find that the DHA Booster Drops will be great to have on hand for your spray tanning or airbrush tanning sessions. When you have a client that wants to be a little darker than a 6%, or looking for a very dark tan past 12% for body building competitions, etc., you will be able to customize the spray tanning solution with these Booster drops. For a small investment, you'll be able to customize your airbrush tan or spray tan for your clients instantly, while giving your client a special feeling for having a custom blend with your company. Must have!

Spray Tanning Scents / Airbrush Tanning Scents: All of our spray tanning and airbrush tanning solution comes unscented out of the bottle. We now provide two additive scents that will allow you to customize your spray every time. We currently have Orange Ginger which is a beautiful exotic smell, and also a Pineapple scent which gives you a tropical smell that is amazing. More customization, the better!

Slimming Solution: A wonderful additive for your spray tan or airbrush tan. We use specific formulations that will attach the body cellulite, giving a much slimmer appearance after each application. This can be used with our spray tanning solution, or diluted with water to be sprayed as a separate treatment. The important focus with this product is for the results to stay with your clients, you will recommend a weekly treatment. Weekly treatments are suggested to see deeper results, giving you the opportunity to schedule frequent appointments.

Anti-Aging Solution: The anti-aging drops will aid in both the prevention and reduction of the skins aging process. The solution will tighten the wrinkles on the skin, giving a beautiful refreshing, younger look to your skin. Similar to the slimming solution, it can be used with the DHA spray tanning solution or by itself as a separate treatment with water.

Shimmer Drops: These two products are great for events, special functions, or just to glow for the day. The golden shimmers and opalescent each have distinctive different glows. It is important to note that the shimmer drops typically last for 1 to 2 days after a spray tan or airbrush tan has been completed. Depending on frequency of showers/bathing it might last longer or shorter.

Spray Tanning Solution and Airbrush Tanning Solution

All three DHA strengths of our spray tan solution and airbrush tan solution will work perfectly in any of the following systems: HVLP Spray Tanning System, LVLP Spray Tanning System, Airbrush Tanning System, Automatic Spray booths in Salons using Mystic or any Automatic Spray Tanning Machine that you are able to refill bottles or cartridges.

Solution 6 = 6% DHA Strength

Solution 9 = 9% DHA Strength

Solution 12 = 12% DHA Strength

Solution 14 = 14% DHA Strength

Solution 6: If you are ever running into pale clients aka type I skin types turning ORANGE, then solution 6 is meant for you. You will never have issues with your type I clients complaining of looking unnatural or orange.

Solution 9: This is the universal solution for spray tanning and airbrush tanning. This will look good almost every skin type out there. Although it might tend to be too dark for your skin I types. If you are not sure which solution to choose, 9% is typically the best choice.

Solution 12: Beautiful, rich, and dark color. This is for Skin Type 3 and 4. This is also used, accompanied with DHA Booster drops for competition blends for bodybuilders, body building, Pageants, and other competition stage use.

Solution 14: A truly amazing DEEP color that is meant for darker skin tones and/or body builders, pageants, etc.

Mobile Spray Tanning:

Mobile Pop up Spray Tanning Tent: You will not find a better, stronger, and more durable tent than the one we manufacture here in the United States.
